- Documents generated or processed by Prime Registered Agent as part of our services

- We do not store full credit card numbers; all payment data is processed under the third-party provider’s security policies

USPS Form 1583 Compliance
Clients using Prime Registered Agent’s mailing address must submit a completed USPS Form 1583, in compliance with United States Postal Service regulations:
- Form must be accurately completed and notarized if required
- Must include two-valid government issued identification
- Must be submitted within the timeframe specified by Prime Registered Agent
- Failure to submit a valid Form 1583 may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of address and mail services
- Submission does not entitle clients to refunds and does not alter the Refund & Cancellation Policy
All USPS Form 1583 information is stored securely and used exclusively to provide mail forwarding services and comply with federal postal requirements.
Client Rights and California Privacy Protections
Account Rights
- Access, update, or correct personal and business information stored in your client portal
- Delete your account and associated data at any time
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the following rights:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Right to request deletion of personal information
- Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (Prime Registered Agent does not sell your data)
- Right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

- Account and service records: Retained for one (1) year from the date of service termination, cancellation, or account deletion
- Digital documents and files uploaded in the client dashboard: Retained for the duration of active services. Upon cancellation by the client or termination by Prime Registered Agent, all documents and associated data are securely deleted unless retention is required by law, regulatory obligation, or USPS Form 1583 compliance
This ensures:
- Active clients maintain full access to their documents and service records
- Data is securely removed after service ends or upon account termination
- Prime Registered Agent complies with applicable laws while protecting client privacy
Cookies and Tracking
- Website uses cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to enhance user experience and monitor performance
- Client portal and mobile app do not use cookies for advertising purposes

Mobile App Practices

Violations may result in:
- Suspension or termination of services

- No entitlement to refunds
Third-Party Services

Clients are subject to third-party privacy policies. Prime Registered Agent is not responsible for third-party practices.

Services are intended for users 18 years or older. Data from children under 18 will be promptly deleted if discovered.
